Building A Block

I did hear a lot about Human Resource Management and learnt some of the important details only during the board exam (like most of them do). It was one of the easiest subjects theoretically, simple to find the issues, problems and challenges of HR and even more effortless to find the way out for its problems and challenges.

Getting right people for the company is as tough like getting right people to marry. Both of them are about spending a long journey together successfully along with a lot of ups and downs. Company prefers people who could complete it absolutely. Startups have less knowledge on the administration and job delegation but have great motives. The startups needs more experienced hands to help them but can hardly find even the fresher.

The first Step

It was in a tea shop that we were talking about different projects we can work for and the idea of building an entertainment system for buses to make a fortune for ourselves. It was a great idea that hard hit us on our mind.


We started our foots to making money that soon turned to a dream of building an ecosystem of entertainment industry. We started building blocks day by day understanding the dynamics of the industry.

Nepal is at a early stage of digitization but the rate of digitation is increasing day by day. The appointment cinema is going to be a myth with proliferation of smart devices in future and will bring about a radical difference in the way we watch cinema today.

Big data will have a great deal of importance in the way we produce, distribute and consume content. The advertisers will have new opportunities and challenges on how to stand out with their products in ever growing digitation.
